Ezra Frech is a record-breaking Paralympic athlete, community builder, and powerful global voice for inclusion. Born with congenital limb differences, Ezra is on a mission to positively change how the world sees disability and to demonstrate what is possible for an amputee. More About Ezra Frech
Ezra Frech began competing in sports at an early age, made history as the youngest para-athlete to compete in the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships and went on to compete in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games as a sixteen year-old. Now a 2x Paralympian (Tokyo, Paris) and 2x Paralympic Gold Medalist (100M and High Jump), he is using his platform to grow the Paralympic movement and to permanently and positively change global perceptions of the disabled community.

In 2013, Ezra co-founded Angel City Sports, a non-profit that has since blossomed into one of the largest providers of adaptive sports in the U.S., offering the joy of year-round sport to over 1,000 children and adults with physical disabilities annually. More recently, he starred in and executive produced the Peacock docuseries, Adaptive, following the journeys of four Paralympic athletes as they train for and compete in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Ezra’s achievements have earned him two ESPY nominations (2024, 2025), a place on the inaugural Forbes Accessibility 100 list, and even a congratulatory call from President Joe Biden. He’s been featured in New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, LA Times, and Teen Vogue, and he has appeared on ESPN, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Today Show, Good Morning America, and more.
