Anthony Scaramucci is an American investor and entrepreneur. He is the founder and managing partner of SkyBridge Capital, a global alternative investment firm, and the founder and chairman of SALT, a global thought leadership forum and investment platform.
Scaramucci co-hosts two podcasts — The Rest Is Politics US and Open Book — and has authored nine books covering finance and geopolitics, including All The Wrong Moves, due out in September 2026.
Scaramucci was named among Cointelegraph's Top 100 Influencers in Crypto and Blockchain, ranked in Worth Magazine's Power 100, and received Ernst & Young's New York Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has served on the board of the Brain Tumor Foundation since 2005 and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
In 2016, Scaramucci served on President Donald J. Trump's Presidential Transition Team Executive Committee before a brief tenure as White House Communications Director.
Before founding SkyBridge, Scaramucci co-founded Oscar Capital Management, an investment partnership later acquired by Neuberger Berman. Earlier, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
A native and resident of Long Island, New York, Scaramucci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
