Jeremy Hindle

Award-winning Production Designer of Severance

About

Jeremy Hindle is the award-winning production designer behind the highly stylized hit series Severance. His design of the hauntingly dystopian, eerily unsettling offices of Lumon Industries is essential to the show’s success, adding to the addictive unease that made the psychological thriller Apple TV+’s most watched series in platform history. Deeply influenced by surrealist filmmaker David Lynch, Hindle sees Severance as his personal Twin Peaks.

As a keynote speaker, Hindle brings to the stage fascinating conversations on world-building, storytelling, collaboration, and owning your creative process, as well as behind-the-scenes insights into the show’s most iconic visual moments. His talks are in high demand by design conferences, marketing and advertising agencies, tech companies with creative teams, and corporate employee experience events.

Prior to his Emmy-nominated and Art Directors Guild Award-winning work on Severance, Hindle worked in advertising as a set decorator and production designer for TV commercials. He made his feature film debut with Kathryn Bigelow’s Zero Dark Thirty, earning his first Art Directors Guild award nomination and establishing himself as a rising talent in production design. He reunited with Bigelow for Detroit and expanded his portfolio with distinctive work on True Story, Netflix’s Spiderhead, and Top Gun: Maverick, for which he received another Art Directors Guild nomination. Fans of the Bigelow-Hindle partnership will rejoice in the news of their latest project, A House of Dynamite, which is set for release in October 2025 and grants Hindle his first producing credit.
