Kendall Vertes

Host, Not So Little Podcast | Breakout Star, Dance Moms | Insights on Navigating Adulthood

About

Kendall Vertes, a Pittsburgh native and one of the original stars of Dance Moms, is a dynamic performer and content creator known for her vibrant social media presence. Kendall quickly became a fan favorite, often affectionately referred to as "my little Kendall" by her mother, Jill, during their time on the series.

Following her tenure on Dance Moms, Kendall returned to a sense of normalcy but kept her passion for dance alive. She danced competitively at the collegiate level, leading the James Madison University Dance Team to a Nationals victory in 2024. As graduation neared, Kendall found herself asking the same questions: “What do I do next?” and “Do I continue down the path of my major?"

Kendall took to her social media platform of over 21 million followers to share her experiences navigating post-grad life and the transition to adulthood, providing a relatable voice and guidance to others in the same era of life. She continues this dialogue with her followers through her Not So Little podcast with Unwell, speaking with notable Gen Z icons to talk about how they navigated crossroads in their personal lives, careers, and relationships. Kendall is also making a name for herself in the sports industry as she frequently covers events such as the NFL Draft Red Carpet, MLB All-Star Game, NHL, golf and tennis tournaments.
