Loni Love is a two-time EMMY, two-time NAACP Image & three-time Gracie award-winning host, comedian, actress, author, and philanthropist.

A talk show host known for her dynamic ability to provide in-depth, meaningful conversation with a hint of levity. She has interviewed top A-List entertainers such as Vice President Kamala Harris, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Idris Elba, Melissa McCarthy, Jennifer Lopez, Tracee Ellis Ross, and more.

Loni serves as the Executive Producer of Little Women Unfiltered: Atlanta, an after-show for Little Women: Atlanta, Season Six on Lifetime. She also hosted the highly acclaimed post-movie interview with the legendary Salt-N-Peppa on Lifetime. Additionally, Loni is the first new narrator for the 13th season of Bridezillas on WETV. Furthermore, she co-executive produced the Telly Award-winning series Saluting Our Culture, which honors various women, men, and organizations across the United States. She is also an author of two books. Her latest I Tried to Change So You Don't Have To received a glowing review from the New York Times. The book is an inspiring, hilarious memoir about learning to resist the pressures of conformity, love yourself for who you are, embrace your flaws, and unlock your true potential. Loni is a co-host of the Gracie award-winning weekend radio show, Café Mocha. She has had the privilege of interviewing an array of notable guests, including President Obama and superstars such as John Legend and Tyler Perry, among others. Café Mocha is unique as the only nationally syndicated show of its kind, created by women of color. The show is broadcast across more than 40 stations, including SiriusXM Channel 141.

In 2020 and 2021, Loni was the sole host of the Daytime Emmys Children’s, Lifestyle, and Animations Award Ceremony. She has appeared in a wide array of films, including Mother’s Day , the hit Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 with Kevin James, Soul Plane alongside Kevin Hart, the Bad Ass franchise featuring Danny Glover and Danny Trejo, and Adopt a Highway with Ethan Hawke.

The busy Ms. Love is a dedicated ally of the LGBTQ+ community and the proud recipient of the 2022 WOWIE Award for Best Queen Comedian. She has made her mark as a contestant on RuPaul’s Celebrity Drag Race and has appeared as a recurring guest judge in Seasons 13 and 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Additionally, she served as the keynote speaker at Vision Cathedral’s Convention, advocating for inclusion for all. Ms. Love also represented Project Angel Food at the 2022 West Hollywood Pride Parade. Currently, she co-hosts Squirrel Friends, the official RuPaul Drag Race podcast, co-produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, iHeartRadio—the leading podcast publisher globally according to Podtrac—and the Emmy-winning media company World of Wonder.

Loni is the subject of the documentary Being Loni Love, which traces her life story from her early days as a latchkey daughter growing up in Detroit’s Brewster-Douglas housing projects to national stand-up comedienne and successful host/actress. From 2015 to 2022, Loni served as the cohost of the nationally syndicated daytime talk show The Real on FOX. Additionally, from 2020 to 2022, she cohosted E! Daily Pop and made guest appearances on E! Nightly Pop.

In 2019, she made history as the first female host to grace the main stage of the Essence Music Festival at the Superdome in New Orleans, captivating an impressive audience of 50,000—her largest to date as a lifelong road comic. The following year, she hosted the inaugural virtual Essence Festival, commemorating the magazine's 50th anniversary. 

Loni is a dedicated philanthropist and ambassador for several esteemed organizations, including Michelle Obama’s When We All Vote, NAACP, LA Mission, Dress for Success, Reach Higher, LA Regional Food Bank, Project Angel Food, Girl Scouts, and UNCF, among others. A proud Detroiter, she frequently speaks for various organizations in her hometown. Notably, she was invited to deliver opening remarks for Vice President Harris at the Made To Save 2021 vaccine pop-up event in Detroit.

Additionally, Loni had the honor of serving as the commencement speaker for her alma mater, Cass Tech, in 2020. She firmly believes in the transformative power of education and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Loni actively promotes HBCUs and has been recognized with the prestigious Presidential Medal from PVAMU for her contributions as an alumna. She is also a longstanding advocate for women in STEM fields.
