Alongside her advocacy, Noa studied Software and Information Systems Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where she was selected for the university’s competitive LEADERS program and took her first steps into entrepreneurship as a co-founder of social-impact ventures.

Today, Noa serves as Head of Value Creation & Investment Associate at Vine Ventures, working at the intersection of the Israeli and U.S. technology ecosystems. In her role, she helps identify and support ambitious founders, strengthen the bridge between Israeli innovation and the U.S. market, and create new opportunities for Israeli startups to grow on a global stage.

Her work in venture capital represents a new chapter in her own story—from survival to building, investing, and creating opportunities for others.
