Born and raised in Jerusalem, Lior Raz is an actor, screenwriter, and co-CEO of Faraway Road Productions. Raz is known worldwide for portraying Doron Kabilio in the hit Netflix series Fauda, which he co-created with Avi Issacharoff. In addition to Fauda, the duo also created Ghosts of Beirut for Showtime and the Netflix series Hit and Run, in which Raz played the lead role. His latest Netflix project is Offroad, a hit documentary series.

As an actor, Raz has appeared in films and series such as 6 Underground (Netflix), Operation Finale (Netflix), A Body That Works (Netflix), and The Crowded Room (Apple TV+). Most recently, he was featured in Ridley Scott’s Gladiator II and Daniel Roher’s Tuner.

Outside of his screen work, Raz served as President of the Jury at the 2023 Canneseries Festival and currently acts as an official ambassador for the International Judo Federation.
