Kelly Rowland
Grammy Award-Winning Singer, Actress and Television Personality
About
As a singer, actress, and television personality, Kelly’s eminence speaks for itself. Kelly’s rise to stardom began during her time as a member of Destiny’s Child, one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, which garnered countless awards, including three Grammys.
After the group disbanded, Rowland continued her success as a solo musician and won two additional Grammy Awards. She continued to make hits, including the 2002 Billboard Hot 100 number-one single “Dilemma” with Nelly, “When Love Takes Over” with David Guetta, and the solo hit “Commander.”
Kelly’s prowess goes beyond the microphone. As an actress, Kelly can most recently be seen as the star of Tyler Perry's Netflix film, Mea Culpa, opposite Trevante Rhodes, and previously starred opposite Marsai Martin and Omari Hardwick in the Paramount feature, Fantasy Football. Prior to that, she starred opposite Marlon Wayans in the Netflix feature The Curse of Bridge Hallow, Bad Hair directed by Justin Simien, and the hit BET series American Soul. As a television personality, she was a judge on numerous competition shows, including The X Factor (both in the U.S. and U.K.) and The Voice.
