Emmy Award-winning actor Tramell Tillman is best known for his portrayal of Seth Milchick in the award-winning Apple TV+ series Severance. Alongside SAG and Independent Spirit Award nominations for the role, he won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, making history as both the first Black actor and openly gay actor to win in this category.

With an Emmy in tow and an ever-growing slate of projects ahead of him, Tramell Tillman is just getting started. Beyond Severance, Tillman can also be seen opposite Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. His upcoming film work includes Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Amazon’s Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother, and Netflix’s Good Sex. Earlier credits include HBO Max’s Sweethearts, Barron Cove, the AMC series Dietland, Godfather of Harlem, and Hunters.
Tillman also lends his talents to the stage, performing most recently in Manhattan Class Company’s off-Broadway production of Shit. Meet. Fan. He originated the role of Alvin in Goodman Theater’s Good Night, Oscar and continued to serve as creative consultant for the Broadway production. He made his Broadway debut in The Great Society and starred in Carmen Jones. While a member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, he helped launch the Pulitzer-winning and Tony-nominated play Sweat by Lynn Nottage and continued performing his lead role at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.
